
Refund and Returns Policy for Sweet Bina

However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. That’s why we’ve created a transparent and customer-friendly refund and returns policy to ensure your experience with us remains positive from start to finish.
1. Returns Policy
You may return items purchased from Sweet Bina within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be in its original condition — unopened, unused, and sealed in the original packaging.
- You must provide a valid proof of purchase (order number, email confirmation, or physical receipt).
- Items purchased on sale, during promotions, or marked as final sale may not be eligible unless the item is defective.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our Customer Service team at info@sweetbina.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and issue a Return Authorization along with detailed return instructions.
- Repackage the product securely in its original condition to prevent damage during transit.
- Ship the package to the address provided using a trackable courier service.
2. Refund Policy
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment. Please allow 7–10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the refund in your account.
Refunds will only be approved if the returned product meets our eligibility criteria. You will be notified via email once your refund is approved or declined.
3. Exchange Policy
At this time, Sweet Bina does not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, size, or variation, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order separately for the replacement product.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged in transit, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@sweetbina.com. We will provide a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you. Please include:
- Your order number.
- A brief description of the issue.
- Clear photos showing the damage or defect.
We may request that you return the item or dispose of it, depending on the situation.
5. Non-Refundable and Non-Returnable Items
Some items are not eligible for return or refund due to hygiene, safety, or promotional restrictions. These include:
- Opened, used, or tampered products.
- Gift cards and digital/downloadable items.
- Items labeled as “Final Sale” or “Clearance.”
- Customized or personalized products.
6. Shipping Costs for Returns
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or shipped incorrectly.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance for items over $50. Sweet Bina is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.
7. Order Cancellations
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@sweetbina.com. Cancellations can only be processed if the order has not yet been shipped.
If your order has already shipped, you may initiate a return after delivery in accordance with our return policy.
8. International Orders
At this time, our return and refund policy applies only to orders shipped within the United States. International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, and applicable fees. Please contact us in advance for instructions before sending any item from outside the U.S.
