Refund and Returns Policy for Sweet Bina

At Sweet Bina, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your products, we offer a simple return and refund process. Please review the following guidelines for returns and refunds:

1. Returns Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
  • Products purchased during a sale or clearance may not be eligible for returns (unless defective).

How to Return a Product:

  1. Contact our Customer Service team at info@sweetbina.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and return instructions.
  3. Package the item securely in its original packaging to ensure it arrives safely.
  4. Ship the item back to us using the return shipping address provided by our team.

2. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed after the return has been received.

3. Exchange Policy

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like to exchange an item for another, please return the original item following the steps outlined above and place a new order for the item you’d like to receive.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@sweetbina.com. We will assist you in arranging a replacement or full refund for the defective product. Please include a photo of the damage or defect when contacting us.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items that have been used, opened, or altered in any way.
  • Gift cards or digital products.
  • Any items marked as final sale or clearance.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns over $50, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

7. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Orders can only be canceled before they have been shipped. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may return the item after receiving it.
