  • Backorders and Pre-Orders: If an item is out of stock, we will notify you via email and provide options to cancel, wait for restocking, or substitute with a similar product. Pre-order items will ship once they are available.

  • Domestic Shipping (United States): We offer domestic shipping within the United States. We provide several shipping options at checkout, and you can choose the one that best suits your needs:

    • Expedited Shipping: Typically delivered in 2-3 business days.
    • Priority Shipping: Typically delivered within 1-2 business days.

    • Free shipping promotions may be available on qualifying orders, and these offers will be displayed on the website or at checkout.

3. Shipping Restrictions

  • Shipping Address: We currently ship to all U.S. states. We do not ship internationally at this time. Shipping addresses must be complete and accurate. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct to avoid delays or lost packages.

  • P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses: We can ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, and FPO addresses via USPS. However, delivery times may vary depending on the destination.
